Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@flowfits.in.

Refunds

• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for both physical products (e.g., Pilates Boards) and digital products (e.g., online courses).

Exceptions

• Damaged or Defective Products: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting support@flowfits.in. Include your order number and photographs of the damaged item. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
